Frequently asked questions
- When can I post?
- Posting is open every day between 5 AM and 9 AM in your local time zone. Outside that window, the camera is closed.
- When do my posts disappear?
- Posts leave your friends' feeds at 5 AM the next morning. They remain in your personal archive, and you can choose any of them to display on your public gallery.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your personal data will be removed within a reasonable period after the request.
- How do I block or report someone?
- Tap the more (…) icon on any post or profile and choose "Report" or "Block". Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- How is my data handled?
- We collect only what is needed to operate Aube, never sell your personal information, and let you delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
