Aube is a friends-only social application that allows users to share photos and short videos during a four-hour window each morning, between 5 AM and 9 AM in the user's local time zone.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Service.

By posting, you grant Aube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the necessary rights to share it.

You agree not to use the Service to: harass, threaten, or impersonate any person; post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content; engage in spam or unsolicited advertising; attempt to access the accounts or data of other users without authorization; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Service without prior notice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aube disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Aube is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
